Postpartum Doula Package

Get in touch to schedule a discovery call if you are curious about postpartum support from August 2026, or better yet, let’s meet for a coffee in Uster or Egg, ZH on me. 16 hours of personalized postpartum doula support can look like: Booked in 2-2.5 hour blocks Meal prep for 2-6 meals a week in your own kitchen (of course I clean up after myself and get all groceries), plus drinks and snacks. I have a menu of healthy, diverse and lactation-friendly meals and drinks which you can pick from. I always make enough for your partner too. The price includes all groceries needed for any meal prepping. I can also pick up any additional groceries you may need. Includes postpartum Ayurvedic massage, belly massage and/or face/neck/head massage including hair treatments- as much as you like. Do dishes, tidy up, help you prepare for visitors or fold laundry Hold your baby while you shower, nap or have some time alone Go for a walk with you and your baby Help you process your birth and transition to parenthood by listening and being there for you Help you assess and give you tools on breastfeeding and mental health success, and provide resources for specialist professionals in these areas if at home support is not enough. Bookable if you live within around 45 minutes of Uster Bahnhof or around 30 minutes of Zurich HB. I can provide this support whenever you choose: soon after your baby arrives at home with you, when your partner returns to work, when family returns to their homes or whenever works for you.
