Positive Planned Cesarean Birth Workshop

If you are going to give birth to your baby with a planned cesarean birth, this is the place for you to learn about a more gentler, empowered, family-centred, calm and connected birth experience. This workshop is for couples or individuals who want to go deeper and know more about how to prepare for a positive, empowered and connected cesarean birth. This workshop is for you if you: - Desire an intentional and empowering approach to learning about cesarean birth - Are curious about options within the cesarean birth experience and how to open a dialogue with your medical team when you ask for them - Want mental training for a calm and empowered birth experience - Want training for supportive and empowered birth partners - Want to know about the emotional, mental and physical aspects of cesarean birth and recovery for you and your baby Information: This workshop is about 5-6 hours long, and can be completed at your home on a Saturday or Sunday. I facilitate one of these workshops a month and are bookable if you live within 1 hour of Zurich HB or 1 hour of Uster Bahnhof. If you live further afield (in Switzerland or abroad), I can offer this course online or can come to your home for an additional travel fee, contact me below using the contact button to chat about how we can make it work for you. If you have friends or know someone else who are also giving birth to their baby with a planned caesarean birth, the cost is an additional 180 CHF for each added couple. * Note: I always teach about cesarean birth in all of my courses, but this is specially designed for those who are having a planned cesarean birth, for any reason.
