This is a 2-day full prenatal course for both partners, including full hypnobirthing training. This is why I call it Hypnobirthing+. This comprehensive, hands-on course is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to approach your birth with calm, clarity, and control. Here's what you can expect: - Understand how your body and mind work together during birth - Learn about the physiology of labor, from early stages to delivery and golden hour - Master mental techniques to reduce fear and increase confidence - Gain practical tools for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum - In-depth birth partner preparation with confidence, support techniques and knowledge - Explore your rights and choices, as well as your options (induction, cesarean, interventions, etc.) - Receive local expertise and guidance tailored to your unique needs - Access resources to support your transition to parenthood Course Details: Small, personalized groups (max. 4 couples/ 8 people) to ensure maximum impact Held in Uster, just 25 minutes from Zurich HB (paid parking available) Two full-day sessions (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with breaks Designed for both the mother and partner, recommended from 20 weeks (if your partner can’t attend, just let me know) Course Includes: 10-12 hours of comprehensive birth preparation with Julia Neale- experienced perinatal educator, teacher, postpartum doula and hypnobirthing specialist Hypnobirthing relaxation tracks, scripts, and course notes A supportive and empowering learning environment Breakfast on both days, snacks and refreshments Contact me for more information regarding private classes
