In the Everything but the Birth Package- I provide birth preparation including foundational understandings about birth physiology, the connection with the mind and body, hypnobirthing techniques, breastfeeding education, information and support about interventions and birth plans, and in-depth training for truly empowered and essential birth partners, plus expertise on the Swiss healthcare system and options, and much more. In this package, you also get 10 hours of postpartum support including cooking, postpartum massage and flexible postpartum care. This is a bespoke and tailor-made option for couples and mothers wanting flexibility in their pre and postnatal support.
